At Prestige Packers and Movers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. Advance PaymentsAny advance payment made to confirm a booking is subject to the terms mentioned below. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion and the reason for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Customer- Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service date: Eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled service: No refund will be applicable.
In rare cases where we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Non-Refundable Situations- Services already initiated or completed
- Delays caused due to customer unavailability
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters or strikes
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.
6. Damage or Loss ClaimsAny claim related to damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or compensation, if applicable, will be processed after proper verification.
