Welcome to Prestige Packers and Movers. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services.

1. Scope of Services

Prestige Packers and Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services as agreed at the time of booking. Services are limited to the items listed in the final quotation or invoice.

2. Quotation and Pricing

• All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer.
• Final charges may vary if there are changes in volume, distance, or services.
• Additional services requested during the move will incur extra charges.

3. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must declare all items accurately, including fragile or valuable goods.
• Personal documents, cash, jewelry, and valuables should not be handed over for transit.
• Proper access to pickup and delivery locations must be ensured.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous, illegal, flammable, perishable, or explosive items. Prestige Packers and Movers reserves the right to refuse transport of any such goods.

6. Insurance and Liability

Transit insurance is optional and chargeable. Without insurance, our liability for loss or damage is limited as per applicable laws and industry standards. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, strikes, government regulations, or natural disasters.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service preparation and resources already allocated.

9. Damage and Claims

Any damage or loss must be documented at the time of delivery. Claims submitted later may not be entertained. Claims are processed only after verification and supporting documents.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Prestige Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.
